What kind of demolition equipment do you have at your disposal?
We use modern and low-emission demolition equipment. The most commonly used machines for demolition work range from a sorting machine, to a 28 metre demolition bucket machine, and we handle concrete with 40-50 tonne equipment. The safety of our drivers is taken into account, for example by means of an overpressurised cab and safety harnesses.
Can you do demolition work in urban areas?
Yes, we can crush in urban and suburban areas with our Metso Lokotrack Urban mobile crusher. The crusher has a dust- and noise-damped design, which allows it to be used without a lot of noise and dust pollution. Concrete and brick processing and direct on-site recovery is also becoming more common.
How do you ensure the recycling of demolition materials?
We work with companies that responsibly sort products for reuse and recycling. There are also sites where even entire buildings are dismantled intact and moved for reuse. We have our own demolition and recycled materials reception point.
